Occultism Skillset

 

Below you can see the skillset for the Occultism class in ArcheAge. There is a list of active abilities and a list of passives that you can choose between. They are locked behind a level requirement so you are unable to pick the strongest one from the start. Each skillset has its own individual level that gains XP through the typical means of questing, farming, gathering etc. 

 

Every few levels you will be awarded a skill point that you can spend in your skill tree. You can reset your skillsets at any time by pressing the Reset Skills button at the bottom of the UI and you can also change your skillset completely by talking to a Skill Manager. 

Combat Skills

Mana Stars - Instant cast - No cooldown

Launch razor-sharp crystals at the target, dealing magic damage and inflicting Mark of Death, which inflicts Distressed at 20 stacks. Combos increase damage by 3%, up to 30 %. COMBO: Feared targets are distressed.

Mana Force - Instant cast - 1 minute cooldown

Push enemies away, dealing magic damage. Restores mana equal to twice the damage. COMBO: Deals 101% more damage to feared targets.

Hell Spear - Instant cast - No cooldown

Summons spears from the underworld to pierce all enemies within 6 meters. Deals magic damage and impales targets for 1.7 seconds. COMBO: Deals 48% more damage to impaled targets. 

Absorb Lifeforce - Instant cast - 36 second cooldown

Channel an enemy, dealing magic damage over 6.5 seconds and heals the caster for an equal amount. This spell ends with movement. COMBO: Deals 46% more damage to stunned targets. Deals 50% more damage to distressed targets.

Summon Crows - Instant cast - 30 second cooldown

Summon crows to attack all enemies within 5 meters. Reduces the physical accuracy of affected enemies deals magic damage over 7 seconds. COMBO: Inflicts poison to impaled targets. 

Crippling Mire - Instant cast - 18 second cooldown

Channel an enemy, reducing their move speed by 30% and dealing magic damage over 4.5 seconds. Damage increases over time. Spell ends with movement. COMBO: Deal 30% more damage to bleeding targets. Distressed targets are stunned.

Telekinesis - 2 second cast - 1 minute cooldown

Allows the caster to control an enemy for up to 12 seconds. Prevents the target from doing anything but obeying its master.

Retribution - Instant cast - 30 second cooldown

Returns 50% of received melee damage to the enemy. Lasts 10 seconds. Doesn't trigger a global cooldown. 

Stillness - Instant cast - 45 second cooldown

Interrupts all enemy casting within 5 meters and inflicts silence for 3.5 seconds. Removes all fear effects from caster.

Urgency - 5 second cast - No cooldown

Reduces the cooldown for Occultism skills by 9 seconds. Lasts 1 minute 30 seconds. 

Summon Wraith - Instant cast - 1 minute cooldown

Summons a wraith that deals magic damage per second for up to 9 seconds to all enemies within 7 meters. Inflicts enemies with the Wraith Curse, reducing move speed, attack speed, and cast speed.

Passive Skills

Enhanced Mana Recovery

Increases your mana regen.

Reprisal

Increases your magical critical chance by 56% for 6 seconds after receiving critical damage.

Caster's Enrichment

While not in combat your mana regeneration is increased but your health regeneration is reduced. 

Overpowered Spell Locus

Increases your magic attack by 6% for 7 seconds when you take damage. Stacks up to 5 times but is cancelled by movement.

Intensified Harm

Increases your magic critical damage by 50%.
